From a private dream
to a public reality.

Kerala-born, Oman-raised. I've spent the last decade building things that put people in front of opportunity — a placement platform now live in 100+ colleges, a hiring brand, and a habit of showing up on stage to tell the students behind me that the timeline doesn't matter, only the persistence does.

A little
about me.

I grew up in Salalah, Oman, and built my first robot — a line-following machine soldered together from online tutorials and stubbornness — at thirteen. That project didn't lead anywhere in particular, but it set a pattern: learn the thing nobody's teaching you, then go build with it.

By sixteen I was freelancing as a web developer for restaurants and institutes across Salalah, and leading a ten-person student crew that live-streamed a school event across five stages at once. By eighteen I'd started my first company. By nineteen, in the middle of the pandemic, I founded Jobified — a training-and-placement platform meant to close the gap between what colleges teach and what employers actually need.

I studied Computer Science at Jyothi Engineering College, then an MBA in General Management & Startups at Stoa — India's alternative business school backed by the founders of CRED, Zerodha, Udemy and Myntra. In between, I've been a Microsoft Student Partner, an IMF delegate representing Oman at a Model UN, and — most recently — Chief Placement Officer for a 35,000-student learning community.

My vision is simple: inspire individuals to achieve success, empower businesses to thrive, and unleash innovation in every journey I'm part of.

01

Inspire

My own path — robot kit to founder's desk — is proof that setbacks aren't the end of the story. I use it, openly, to push others to keep working toward their goals.

02

Empower

As a tech-savvy entrepreneur and startup consultant, I hand other founders and students the knowledge, tools and — where I can — the stipend to go build something of their own.

03

Innovate

I try to solve ordinary, stubborn problems — hiring, training, sports access — with technology and better systems, then guide others to think the same way about theirs.

The Journey

Thirteen years,
one line of work.

Self-taught · Salalah, Oman

A line-following machine, built from online tutorials and a dream of one day building a humanoid — inspired by Aldebaran Robotics and Honda's ASIMO. It didn't lead anywhere in particular, but it set a pattern I've repeated ever since: learn the thing nobody's teaching you, then go build with it.

Led CCA Fest live streaming at 16

Founder & lead · Student live-production team

In 2016 I formed a student team and live-streamed Indian School Salalah's CCA Fest on YouTube — covering 8+ stages running at the same time, broadcast across Oman. That meant planning camera positions, splitting the crew across stages and keeping multiple feeds live at once, so parents and families who couldn't be in the hall could still watch their children perform as it happened.

It worked well enough that the school's Board of Directors adopted live streaming and carried it forward across later events — the first time something I started outlived my own involvement, and where the instinct to organise people around a shared deadline began.

Freelance developer · Student organiser

At 16 I started taking paid web development work — my first project was a site for my own institute, which led to clients across Salalah and eventually work across the GCC and India, all while still at school.

In November 2020 I represented Oman as a delegate on the International Monetary Fund committee at the Asia Youth International Model United Nations — a three-day virtual conference that brought together young delegates from across Asia and beyond under one theme: Renewing the Primacy of Internationalism in a Global Instability.

It was the same skill I use everywhere else, under formal rules: research a position until you can defend it, turn it into a clear argument, then negotiate with people who started out disagreeing until there's a resolution everyone can sign. Economic policy, diplomacy and public speaking — in three days, on a global stage.
